You are registered to attend TEDxSurat on 17th December 2023.
Please note the following important information:
1. Attendees are requested to arrive at the venue by 8 AM for registration and to partake in interactive activities. This will contribute to a more engaging TEDx experience.
2. The official program will begin precisely at 9 AM. To fully engage with the talks, ensure timely registration and participate in pre-event interactive sessions.
3. Please be advised that once the event starts at 9 AM, the auditorium gates will be closed during sessions. Late arrivals will not be allowed entry during the talks.
4. Any kind of eatables are not allowed at the venue. Please refrain from bringing anything to eat or drink. Water and snacks will be provided during the break time.
5. Parking facilities are available at the venue, but on a first-come, first-serve basis. We encourage carpooling and the use of public transportation.
6. All speakers will speak back-to-back. So you will be attending all the talks together. There’s no way to pick and choose speakers.
7. If you have registered as a student, please note that it is only valid on your current-year student ID card, and must be under 21 years of age. You will have to carry your ID at the venue for the registration process.
8. The show will end at 12 PM. There is a small break in between – for refreshments.
9. Each ticket/confirmation code admits one attendee only.
10. All attendees must carry a valid government-verified photo identity card to attain entry at the venue.
11. There is no refund or transfer of tickets for guests who do not report for registration. Their ticket will be forfeited.
12. Seating is strictly on a first come first serve basis on the day of the main event.
13. Attendees reaching late at the venue will NOT be allowed inside the auditorium or will NOT be allotted a confirmed seat.
14. Children under the age of 10 will not be allowed at the venue unaccompanied.
15. All standard venue and attendee rules are applicable.
16. By Registering and making a payment you agree that all details provided are accurate. Any discrepancies in the same will lead to cancellation of the pass/seat at the venue.
